Classes are held at the Anjali Center in Sugar Land, TX.
Group classes are 1 hour long but are flexible to ensure lessons are complete.
Classes are held once per week.
Typically, Guruji prefers to wait until students are at least 7 years old to begin. There is no age limit for adults, as Guruji has taught students up to 85 years of age.
